All conference activities (reception, talks, coffee, lunch) will be held at the McGill University Faculty Club (3450 rue McTavish).
Two Wifi networks are available for attendees: eduroam and guest.mcgill.ca. To log in you will need your own institutional (for eduroam) or social network (Facebook, Google, etc.) (for guest.mcgill.ca) accounts.
The current schedule for talks can be found at the menu on this workshop website. Talks scheduled for a 30min block should be about 27min long, and leave 3min for questions. Talks scheduled for a 20min block should be about 18min long, and leave 2min for questions. There will be additional time for more questions during the two discussion sessions each day.
We will use a single computer for the talks. Please upload your slides (powerpoint, keynote, PDF) to this Dropbox folder at least 1 hour before your talk: dropbox link
