The registration fee is 300 $USD (400 $CAD) per person. The cost includes welcome reception, luncheon and banquet dinner.
For companions, it is 165 $USD (~220 $CAD) per person which covers welcome reception and banquet dinner.
It must be paid during the registration before the deadline of July 5, 2019.
